Public Notice – RESQ Food Truck

RESQFoodTruck LLC wishes to inform our customers, partners, and community of ongoing legal matters involving former business partner Romeo Arellano.

 Documented Facts:

  • RESQFoodTruck LLC invested over $90,000 into startup operations, including the purchase of a company pickup truck and trailer.
     
  • Mr. Arellano is currently in unauthorized possession of the company pickup truck. The vehicle’s insurance was cancelled without consent, creating legal and safety concerns.
     
  • A formal Demand Letter has been issued (July 28, 2025) for the return of company property.
     
  • A police report has been filed with the Hardyston Police Department (Report #25-13208).
     
  • Mr. Arellano is the subject of a civil lawsuit filed by Citibank in Sussex County Court, Docket No. DC-003901-24, seeking collection of approximately $13,000.
     
  • RESQFoodTruck LLC is seeking recovery of approximately $40,000 owed to the company.
